Epic Vegan Grilled Cheese 

Featuring: LesserEvil “No Cheese” Cheesiness Paleo Puffs

INGREDIENTS:
2 slices of sourdough bread coated with vegan butter
¼ onion sliced into ribbons
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 & ½ tbsp. raspberry jam
1 tsp. chili onion crunch
1 slice of provolone cheese (can swap for vegan)
1 slice pepper jack cheese (can swap for vegan)
1 large piece of kale
1 handful of LesserEvil “No Cheese” Cheesiness Paleo Puf

INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Caramelize onions with 1 tbsp. vegan butter & salt
  2. Combine jam & chili onion crunch in a small bowl.
  3. Butter bread and place on a hot skillet, butter side down.
  4. Spread spicy jam on the other side of the bread.
  5. Add vegan cheeses, kale, and layer of LesserEvil Paleo Puffs
  6. Place two pieces of bread together and cover for 2 minutes on medium heat -  flip over half way.
  7. Slice & enjoy!
